Orders placed over holidays and weekends will be processed the following business days.

We offer standard free shipping every day on U.S orders.
Our standard shipping method is Fedex Home Delivery shipping.  
Please note that delivery of orders with more than one item may ship on different dates according to stock availability.

1. COMPLETE: You successfully submitted your order to Studentzap. 
2. IN FULFILLMENT:  Your order is at a Studentzap warehouse and will usually ship in 2-3 business days.
3. SHIPPED: Your order is on its way. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information.
4. RETURN INITIATED: At your request, Studentzap set up a return for an order.
5. RETURN COMPLETE: Studentzap warehouse received the returned item.
6. CANCELED: Your order has been canceled.
7. REFUNDED: Your payment has been refunded.
