Badung, MMI – The Trans Resort Bali Organizing trainee gatherings for trainees to increase their knowledge about the hotel and also increase their awareness of what other departments do (26/01/2026).
This gathering was attended by all trainees from the 2020 cohort to broaden their knowledge about hotel facilities and how other departments work, even though all trainees are in different departments, such as Front Office, Food and Beverage Service, and others.
According to Yunik, the Human Resources Department manager who organized this event, in addition to gaining insight into the hotel and how other departments carry out their work, Yunik also said purpose of holding the trainee gathering at this hotel is to strengthen relationships among trainees, build a sense of togetherness, and improve cooperation between individuals from different departments.
The gathering is designed to create a relaxed and supportive environment where trainees can interact beyond their daily work routines, helping them feel more connected to the hotel as an organization and more motivated in carrying out their training responsibilities.
During the trainee gathering, several activities were organized, including team-building games, group discussions, ice-breaking sessions, and informal social interactions and Quiz.
These activities were designed to encourage participation, enhance communication skills, and foster teamwork among trainees while also providing entertainment and reducing work-related stress.
Yunik also said she wish after participating in the gathering, trainees experienced several benefits, such as improved teamwork, better communication skills, and increased work motivation.
By interacting more closely with fellow trainees, they became more confident in expressing ideas, more comfortable working in teams, and more enthusiastic about contributing positively during their training period.
